Lady Cardinals Lose Home Opener to Anne Arundel

The CCBC Catonsville Lady Cardinals lost their home opener to Anne Arundel by 25-15, 25-14 and 25-18 on Tuesday, September 9, 2014. 

Catonsville fell behind in the first set 9-1 and was never able to recover.  Anne Arundel raced out to a 10-2 lead in set 2 on their way to victory.  Catonsville was more competitive in the third set, evening the match at 12-12 before Anne Arundel pulled away. Sophomore Kelsey Wolinski led the way for Catonsville with 11 kills.

The Lady Cardinals will host CCBC Essex on Thursday, September 11, 2014 at 7 p.m.
