Catonsville MD- The Men's Cardinals soccer team cap off Thursday's doubleheader with a 3-2 win over the Frederick Community College Cougars.

The Cardinals extended their lead to two as Michael Muchai kicked off the 2nd half scoring off an assist by Ashim Gurung.

Frederick down two quick in the 2nd half put in two goals within minutes of each other, first by Praise Ngoma. Moments later the Cougars tied the game at two with a goal by Franklyn Pena. The two teams remained deadlocked for twenty-eight more minutes until Kham Sing put in the eventual winning goal, capping off a Cardinals win. Attendum Fuamazah recorded the win in goal with several key saves, totaling 7 off of good shots by the Cougars.

The men Cardinals will continue action on the 2nd half of a doubleheader with the women's team in Alleghany on Tuesday October 14th.
