Cardinals Show Fight in Narrow Loss to Hagerstown

Hagerstown, MD – On Thursday, October 2nd, the CCBC Cardinals went head-to-head against the Hagerstown Hawks in a competitive matchup that saw both teams battling for the upper hand.

It was an evenly matched game from start to finish, with both teams creating chances and going toe-to-toe throughout the game. Our CCBC Cardinals put on a strong performance but ultimately fell short against the Hawks, with Alan Paz assisted by MJ Ribis scoring the lone goal in the second half.

The Cardinals showed strong offensive pressure, registering 6 shots on goal. While on the other end of the field, goalkeeper Atendem Fuamazah came up big with 8 total saves, delivering a solid performance that kept the game close.

Our Cardinals will fly over to Garrett College on Tuesday, October 7 to go head-to-head against the Lakers. Game time is set for 5pm.
