Fuamazah tallies four saves in tie to CSM

Catonsville, MD – The Cardinals showcased a strong defensive performance in a hard-fought draw against the College of Southern Maryland Hawks.

In the Region 20 matchup, scoring chances were scarce, with just six shots on goal combined between the two teams. Both sides played aggressively on defense, shutting down opportunities and keeping the game tightly contested from start to finish.

Sophomore goalkeeper Atendum Fuamazah anchored the Cardinals' back line, stopping every Hawks attempt to preserve the clean sheet. Fuamazah, who has played every minute so far this season, once again put the Cardinals in their best position to succeed.

On the offensive end, Mang Sang led the charge with two shots on target, but Hawks goalkeeper Brandon Collins was up to the task, turning away both attempts to keep the game scoreless.

The Cardinals will aim to get back in the win column on Thursday when they host Prince George's Community College at 5 p.m.
