December 22 2025- The CCBC Catonsville men's basketball team put on their best performance of the season with a 113-78 win, to win their first conference matchup of the season.
The Cardinals would reach the triple digit mark for the first time this season and were led by four double digit scorers. Messiah Anderson led everyone in scoring with 24 with Kamren hayes not far behind with 22. Yassir Supreme would have his second straight double-double with 17 points and 11 rebounds, and DJ Thomas would have 19 points in his first contest of the season. The Cardinals would lead wire to wire in this contest, forcing 26 turnovers and scoring 41 points off of those turnovers. Julian Thompson and Tyler Anthony would lead Westmoreland in scoring with 17 and 16 points respectively.
The Cardinals close out the year on a hot note with their first conference win and will look to start 2026 with another home conference win over Hagerstown CC Jan 7th at 7pm
