Cardinals Fall to Harcum in Return from Break
Bryn Mawr, PA, December 2, 2025- The CCBC Cardinals men's basketball team couldn't snap their early season losing skid as they fell 75-64 to a talented Harcum Bears team on Tuesday night. The Cardinals struggled from the field in their return from Thanksgiving break, shooting 38 percent and just 14 percent from 3.
The Cardinals struggles against Harcum came in the second half after a high scoring 40 point first half. Their defensive effort was there all game with 12 steals and 7 blocks total, with David Mckay-Samuels having 5 of his own. The Cardinals would go into half down one to Harcum (6-1) and looked to get their first road win of the season. CCBC would go cold however in the second half and the shooting struggles would lead to just a 24-point second half where they were outscored by 10. Kameran Hayes would lead the Cardinals in scoring for the fourth straight contest with 21 points. Messiah Anderson and William Deshields would also be in double figures with 10 points each.
The Cardinals drop to 2-7 with this loss and will have 7 days to bounce back with a home matchup against TPLS Christian Academy on Tuesday December 9th 2025.
