Bio

Rob Hess earned his athletic training and strength and conditioning certifications in 1991.  From 1991-1992 he worked as the head baseball athletic trainer at Indiana State University.  He then joined CCBC Catonsville as the head Athletic Trainer and served from 1992 to 1994.  In 2000, he became a full-time faculty member as an educator and is currently a Full Professor in the Wellness Department.  He has also assumed the responsibilities of strength and conditioning coach.
