CATONSVILLE, MD -- CCBC Catonsville head women’s soccer coach Jeremy Dillon announced the release of the Cardinals 2017 soccer schedule. Dillon will be continuing to rebuild his program as he enters his second year at the helm.
The Cardinals begin the season with two games on the road beginning Saturday, August 26, when they visit Niagara Community College (Sanborn, N.Y.) at 1 p.m. followed by a Sunday game on August 27 at Erie Community College (Williamsville, N.Y.) with a start time of 12 p.m. The Catonsville team will then rest for a few days before closing out August when they take on Maryland JUCO conference opponents Howard Community College (Aug. 31 at 4 p.m.).
August gives way to September and as the semester begins the Cardinals participate in a play day at sister campus CCBC Essex on September 2, when they play Lackawanna Community College (Scranton, Pa.) at 3 p.m.
The Cardinals continue on the road for three more games against Camden County College (Blackwood, N.J., Sept. 7 at 4 p.m.), Hagerstown Community College (Sept. 12 at 2 p.m.) and Montgomery College (Sept. 19 at 2 p.m.).
On September 23, the CCBC Catonsville women’s soccer team will play their one and only game at home against Harford Community College (2 p.m.), before its ground breaking turf field is added and will be ready to play on for the 2018 season.
The Cardinals close out September with two away games against College of Southern Maryland (Sept. 26), and Cecil College (Sept. 28), both with start times of 4 p.m.
The road warrior Cardinals hit the road for the remainder of the season, beginning on October 3 against sister school CCBC Essex (5 p.m.), with a small break before visiting the Anne Arundel River Hawks on October 6 with a start time of 4 p.m.
The last two home matches will be played at sister campus CCBC Dundalk against Patrick Henry Community College (Martinsville, Va., Oct. 7 at 1 p.m.) and Mercer County Community College (West Windsor Township, N.J., Oct. 14 at 12 p.m.).
CCBC Catonsville women’s soccer will finish out October with its final game on the 17th against Potomac State (Keyser, W.Va.), with a start time of 4 p.m. Good luck Ladies!
