Following an exciting 30-point victory over Chesapeake College Wednesday night, the Men’s Catonsville Cardinals kept the tempo up to start their contest at Prince George’s Community College on Friday evening, putting up the first 10 points of the game. The Cards’ lead in the first half was as big as 17, as they had a 27-10 over the Owls halfway into the first half.
However, the Owls wouldn’t back down, as they went on a 38-15 run to take a six-point lead heading into the second half.

Ke’Andre Gibson, The Cardinal’s star point guard, has been named into Maryland Junior College Athletic Conference first team! He leads the team for total points scored racking up a striking 422 throughout his debut season for the Card’s. The sophomore guard has only had three single figure games this year and has hit over 15 points in 17 games, definitely a record to be proud of. His scoring record aside, Gibson also turned provider this season, dishing out an astonishing 228 assists.

The Cardinals had all five starters score in double figures as they beat Delaware County Community College 82-79 on Tuesday.
